I find that when one has an inspirational moment and has a terrible urge to go cooking crazy, which is quite often for this lady, these are some of the handy dandies I use most. You just cannot go wrong with a simple variety of cookery, though it does take awhile to collect. Many of these treasures I found at second hand shops and antique stores; the muffin pan, the bundt cake pan, many of the cloths, the cookie rack, even the vintage cupboard. To make the smile even larger on my face at the time, they happened to all be quite affordable! You know what they say, “someones garbage is another ones treasure!” So search around and find those bargains!
I love the way Le Creuset pots slowly heat up and simmer or roast a tasty meal to perfection. Oh, and you can put them in the oven as well as atop the stove! Now that’s what I call convenient! These are more expensive but last a good long time and become more and more beautiful as they age. Can you tell one of my favorite colors is red?? =)
Thanks for reading and happy spring!
